It’s commendable to consider starting therapy. Life can present challenges that are difficult to navigate, but the willingness to confront them offers opportunity for insight, increased purpose, and improved wellbeing. I work with people who are often very capable and thoughtful but find themselves stuck in certain patterns—whether that’s around relationships, anxiety, or the pressure to perform at a high level. My focus is on helping clients better understand the deeper dynamics driving those patterns, so they can make more intentional choices and feel more in command of how they live and relate to others.
