Therapy starts with a simple conversation and me seeking to learn your unique perspective, needs, and goals. You may or may not know exactly what your are looking for. You might feel anything from complete comfort to terror in taking this step. I am great at helping people feel comfortable & asking the right questions to develop shared understanding. This will continue throughout treatment, so that we are always increasing awareness and achievement. This does not happen instantly, but in stages. I will support you to ensure you move at a pace best suited to your needs and comfort level.
