I love working with relationships, organizational leaders, work-life balance, and anyone wanting to unpack shame, expand awareness, explore neurodiversity, or strengthen their sense of self. We all need friends, relationships, and community to survive. To build sustainable and mutually supportive relationships we need self-awareness, emotional regulation, curiosity, empathy, and skills for respectful dialogue with others. I am personally and professionally guided by a commitment to social justice, and my clinical approach is existential, postmodern, feminist, and holistic. I have 15 years of experience working in mental health with specialized training in trauma, harm reduction for drugs and alcohol, sexuality/kink/BDSM, polyamory/non-monogamy, and mind-body connections. Working with me often feels like a blend of psychotherapy and leadership coaching.
