I’m Dan—a dedicated, down-to-earth therapist with a background that gives me deep empathy for those who’ve experienced trauma and adversity. My years in the military and emergency response taught me how resilient people can be, even in their darkest moments. I help clients process what they've been through and reconnect with a sense of meaning and control in their lives. Healing isn’t a straight line—but you don’t have to walk it alone. Our first session is what I like to call the Getting To Know You phase, and that goes both ways. It's an opportunity to discuss what brings you into therapy at this time, what's been going on in your life lately, and touching on some of your history if it comes up.
