I place a strong emphasis on personal responsibility — not as blame, but as a source of agency. You may not be responsible for what happened earlier in life, but you do have meaningful influence over how it continues to affect you now. I have over 25 years of experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, and chronic pain. My style is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded.
