I work with clients seeking Couples Therapy, as well as, individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and anger. I specialize in working with those clients in crisis who need immediate intervention. Seasons Counseling also specializes in Life Transitions. I believe that every person has a story worth telling, and I seek to honor yours as we begin the journey together towards healing. You can expect to be treated with dignity and understanding. My own story of self-exploration, awareness, and emotional healing allows me to offer hope for change with empathy, compassion, and respect.
