I am a specialized Licensed Clinical Social Worker who's worked with children, adults and couples for over 35 years, while supervising other clinicians for half of those years. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based practices, but, I've learned the best results come from being led by the heart in a therapeutic relationship. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where strengths are identified as well as areas of need for growth. Together we will identify what to focus on to bring joy back into your life.
