I am an experienced, effective professional treating adults (18+) with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, anger, stress, work/life issues, men's issues, couples, individual relational issues, and substance use and abuse. Much of my work focuses on M/F mental health conditions, but I also specialize in emerging adulthood, and men navigating relationship challenges & life transitions. My ideal clients feel stuck or frustrated by patterns they don’t fully understand and want more than surface-level coping skills. They are seeking insight, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
