My counseling approach begins with a humanistic foundation, guided by the belief that you hold an innate capacity for growth and healing. As I continue to learn and grow into my professional identity, I have gravitated toward working with adults. Special interests include helping client’s with depression and anxiety, men’s mental health, trauma-informed approaches, and grief counseling. I believe in creating a safe, welcoming space where you can feel truly heard and understood. I value and honor the many identities and life experiences that make you unique, always considering the cultural and social contexts that shape your life.
