As someone who has been through therapy, I have stumbled and been through the awkward, the difficult, and the messy with different therapists throughout my life. I understand firsthand that it can be difficult to be vulnerable, and I am here to provide a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space to embrace and welcome all my clients, meet them where they are in their mental health goal journey, and assist in becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable. I consider the importance of all aspects of one’s identity and how that plays a role in the therapeutic relationship. View 5 Photos I also implement the Health at Every Size principle in my therapy- meaning I honor bodies of all shapes and sizes who struggle with body image and/or disordered eating. Additionally, I believe the "deeper level work" typically involves identifying and processing systemic social justice aspects of our relationships with food and our bodies.
