I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts, and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut. I have a background in the sciences (medical research), and changed careers 7 years ago, to help people on a more personal level. I use my knowledge of physical health to help people who struggle with chronic illness, and/or pain. I also have experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, panic, social anxiety, and trauma.
