Overall wellness is what I focus on with my clients. This can mean so many things to each of us as individuals. Our mental and physical health need nurturing. In a nonjudgmental manner, I take a person-centered approach to sessions from the initial meeting, goal setting and throughout sessions thereafter. The relationship we will build will be the foundation of the work we do! I have been a licensed clinical social worker for 26 years working with clients of all ages. I have specialties in trauma work, anxiety disorders and OCD. I look forward to working with you as you work toward your wellness goals! I have also been a clinical supervisor for social workers for over 20 years. I offer online therapy and supervision at this time.
