“Strength doesn’t come from what you can do, it comes from overcoming the things you thought you couldn’t do”. Reaching out for therapy is the definition of strength. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters degree from Monmouth University. I have 16 years experience working intensively alongside a psychiatrist in an outpatient mental health setting prior to starting my own private practice in 2020. This experience was extremely valuable in sharpening my diagnostic skills and treatment planning abilities with clients. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples as well as other relationship conflict issues.
