I am an IFS therapist, who after many other life experiences, was drawn to the role of assisting others on their journeys. I enrolled in a Masters in Social Work program in 2021 and began working as a therapist at MV Community Services on Martha's Vineyard. Now I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts working privately with people struggling with a host of issues; compulsions, addictions, obsessive thought patterns, low self-confidence, a sense of self loathing, persistent struggles with anxiety and/or depression, PTSD, cPTSD, and more.
