Supporting parents and families through life transitions is my passion. Whether you are experiencing postpartum depression and/or anxiety, experiencing infertility or perinatal loss, parenting through adoption or foster care, or maybe just struggling to adjust to parenthood in general, I am able to provide a safe and comforting space for you to process your experiences.
