I provide an accepting, creative, and supportive space for clients to safely process challenges, build on strengths, and learn new skills to empower personal growth. I am a registered, board-certified art therapist, and a licensed mental health counselor. My work with clients focuses on an integrative mind-body approach rooted in trauma-informed art psychotherapy. In my sessions I incorporate art therapy, breath work, EMDR, hypnosis/hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and movement techniques.
