I create a relaxed, responsive, collaborative and supportive environment in order to explore your concerns. I enjoy helping adults and teens navigate the social and emotional challenges of today’s world. I work with anxiety and depression, disordered eating and body image issues, self-esteem, trauma and relationship issues. I use a strength-based, client-centered approach to uncover the underlying source of the issues, and to identify triggers that can lead to troubling thoughts and behaviors.
