Traumatic life experiences can affect us in ways that are challenging to heal from, and those experiences can leave us feeling stuck and powerless to overcome. Not only can they damage us deeply, they can also damage our relationships. I am dedicated to helping my clients heal from damaging or traumatic life experiences, and to find freedom from barriers that can hinder the healing process. My expertise includes advanced training in traumatic stress, including survivors of sexual abuse, domestic abuse, ritualistic abuse, and emotional and spiritual abuse, depression, anxiety, marriage and couples counseling.
