I believe that through a strong working relationship and scientifically-supported therapeutic approaches, therapy can be a safe and productive space to address a wide array of difficulties emerging across the life span. I offer individual and group therapies and partner with my clients to create and bolster coping skills while highlighting their strengths in order to navigate life's unique challenges.
