I firmly believe that desire, sexuality, and relational dynamics are at the core of who we are and should be addressed to whatever degree each client is comfortable with. I work with individuals and couples who are curious about or currently exploring questions across the range of sexual identity, gender, relationship structure, and kink. I use Internal Family Systems therapy to help you connect with your authentic self and heal protective parts. I specialize in queer, poly, and kink communities. Through warmth and curiosity, I help you understand what holds you back from full self-acceptance.
