First, I want to acknowledge, the world is particularly overwhelming right now, with constant hateful rhetoric, and real and perceived threats. You not alone in feeling emotionally exhausted. I welcome anyone to my practice who needs a safe space to focus on yourself and gain self-awareness surrounding your identity, relationships, and life experiences. If you are part of the queer, adoptee, or immigrant community, are a student, or are family building and experiencing infertility, I am here to support you and provide compassion for where you are at and where you want to be.
