I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University’s School of Medicine. My clinical experience includes working with a diverse range of individuals and diagnoses within a Partial Hospitalization Program, providing me with a strong foundation in supporting clients through a variety of mental health challenges. I specialize in addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is strength-based and trauma-informed, drawing from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s unique goals and needs.
