Therapy is a wonderful first step in you becoming "you" again or maybe for the first time. I like to learn who you are and see the world through your eyes to be able to make suggestions or offer a perspective that maybe hasn't been considered before. I am truly passionate about working with clients to find who they are and navigate difficult situations. My goal is to have everyone that comes in be able to take the skills and abilities we discuss and apply them to their life all day everyday. I started in the field in 1999 and have been in private practice since 2009.
