About
In life we can at times feel disconnected from ourselves and the people we love most. We may feel a strong desire for change whether we know exactly what that change is yet or not. Maybe that change is a reconnection to who you once were or a new undiscovered version of self. Or maybe, it’s realizing that you and your partner have parts of yourselves yet to be known and understood by the other. As a therapist, I believe in the transformative power of change. I believe we all possess the internal wisdom and ability to change in ways that are needed and desired. I am passionate about guiding individuals, particularly women experiencing life transitions and on a path to self discovery, and couples, looking for a deeper understanding of and connection with their partner. With warmth, acceptance, and compassion, I use an experiential trauma informed approach called Internal Family Systems (IFS).
