I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker with 5 years of experience providing virtual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults throughout California. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, anger, neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+ issues, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with seek to better understand their emotions, strengthen relationships, and build a sense of stability and confidence in daily life.
