I believe in creating a brave space where authenticity, creativity, and connection can nourish each client's healing process. With a humanistic approach, I provide culturally-aware counseling for women and LGBTQIA+ individuals who are wanting to address anxiety, self-acceptance, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and emotional awareness. I also feel passionate about supporting folks recovering from religious trauma, high-control groups, complex trauma, dissociation (including DID), and attachment trauma such as abuse or neglect experienced in childhood. I am passionate about helping my clients feel safe and at home in their bodies, resolve core wounds, courageously hold their emotions, and build meaningful connections with others.
