I am a licensed clinical social worker with fifteen years of experience, currently working as a clinician in private practice and consultant to various schools in Westchester County where I teach DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). Previously, I worked for many years at a group practice and County Agency where I delivered individual, group and family therapy with respect, empathy and cultural sensitivity. Utilizing a strength-based compassionate, non-judgmental approach in working with clients, I cultivate a safe environment for individuals to discover their motivation to find clarity and make real change and progress.
