My hope is to normalise the beauty and the struggle of life and relationships. I bring a compassionate and curious lens to collaboratively strengthen coping skills while healing past harmful experiences. I come to the therapy place with over 20 years of working with high needs and diverse justice involved populations, predominately adolescents and men dealing with trauma, anger, and high conflict abusive relationships. I am also passionate about parenting, adolescents, neurodiversity, trauma, anger management, life's transitions including loss and grief.
