Hi there, I am Dana Rivera (she/her) and I created Willow and Womb Wellness after nearly a decade of silently navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, postpartum and identity shifts. This journey was deeply personal and, for a long time, private. Fear, grief, and the pressure to appear “okay” kept me silent. I often felt isolated in a world that seemed to effortlessly grow and thrive families while I quietly struggled. It wasn’t until I sought the support of my own therapist that I began to feel a shift - a realization that my professional calling was expanding to encompass a broader vision.
