My practice invites you to come as you are and supports the journey home to your conscious, authentic self. My philosophies are positive, humanistic, and relationally-focused. I view humans holistically, as greater than the presence or sum of any part(s), with immense capacity to evolve beyond societally given ego identities. In this age of overzealous rationalism, I pledge the human heart feels most abundant when close and connected to others, not just in our partnerships or families, but within the collective consciousness and community in which we inhabit. The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives. My niche is working with individuals to improve their self concept, capacities for intimacy, and interpersonal skills. Building conscious and meaningful relationships with partners, friends, and family involves a dynamic exploration of how we received love, how our relational needs were met, and what we observed as intimate relating in our childhood home.
