As founder of Hopeful Heart Counseling, it is my privilege and passion to help you restore balance in your life. I specialize in working with individuals and families impacted by substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. I utilize empirically based practices when working with mental health issues affecting adolescents and adults. I use an eclectic approach that is solution focused. When combined with transparency and authenticity, it helps put clients at ease and allows them to openly express themselves and their feelings.
