My practice creates a welcoming environment for clients. The key elements consistently present are a fostering of hope, optimism and safety that facilitates self-expression and self-understanding. There is a saying, “Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.” Life has its struggles and difficulties that come from multiple sources. Our past, our circumstances, even our own emotions and thoughts can cause us pain. How we respond to these struggles creates opportunities for growth and a lessening of our suffering.
