Aloha! Fun fact that I grew up in Hawaii and try to embody the Aloha spirit as much as possible. I often support clients who feel overwhelmed, distracted, emotionally reactive, or stuck in patterns that strain their relationships. Whether it’s managing racing thoughts, navigating attention and focus difficulties, or improving communication and connection with loved ones. Outside of the therapy space, I’m also a mother of two boys, enjoy practicing yoga and spending time with my dogs - activities that help me stay grounded, balanced, and present in both my life and my work.
