Welcome to this healing space, I am glad that you have found me online. I can imagine how overwhelming it is to find the right therapist! As a mental health professional, my goal is to offer you an environment of compassion, a place where you are challenged (yes!) to grow from out-of-date patterns and ultimately uncover your new strengths. Energized by the IFS model and Somatic Experiencing, I aim to tailor interventions to meet your unique life circumstances and stressors. I look forward to guiding you in the release of unhealthy survival strategies, anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, relationship discord and grief/loss. As a professional counselor, my therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative with a foundational belief that we are wired for healing and balance. I am a trained Internal Family Systems IFSI therapist, Memory Reconsolidation, and a Somatic/Focalizing Practitioner These are powerful tools used in a tailored manner to bring freedom, alignment and healing.
