I work with individuals, couples, and families to strengthen communication, heal emotional wounds, and foster deeper connection and peace. My specialties include couples therapy, anxiety, grief and loss, faith-related concerns, and family systems work. I draw from evidence-based models such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients build emotional safety and lasting change.
