I work well with people who are weighed down by anxiety, disconnection, or the impact of past trauma. I also help folks navigate complicated family dynamics, struggling relationships, and identity issues. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ2S+ community, providing an affirming space where all of who you are is welcome. My approach blends IFS, ACT, EMDR, and somatic awareness to help you connect with the parts of yourself that feel anxious, stuck, or reactive, while strengthening the parts that long for calm, connection, and freedom.
