I have been serving children, adolescents, and adults for many years as an Outpatient Therapist. I assisted clients aged 3-83 with behavioral and mental health issues such as ODD, PTSD, ADHD, ASD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Trauma, Relationship Issues, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions, etc. I love what I do and I am here to support you in helping you become the best version of yourself. I am licensed in North Carolina, Michigan, and soon to be South Carolina, that way I can reach out to as many people as possible for help and support. I use primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Approach, but have incorporated Family Systems Theory, Person-Centered, Attachment Theory, etc., all based on my individual client's needs.
