I focus on the treatment of adolescents and adults by integrating both psychodynamic and CBT principles. I aid my clients in achieving meaningful and lasting change by helping them better understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. It is my firm belief that clients ultimately do the heavy lifting in helping themselves. While I can guide them through with careful listening, appropriate questioning and conversation, it is with their dedication and hard work that they find the answers to a more fulfilling and happy life.
