I am honored to share your journey into mental wellness with you. Together we will explore past family issues and unresolved dynamics that are currently interfering with establishing more meaningful relationships. We will focus on replacing maladaptive learned behavior patterns and beliefs with ones that truly reflect your authentic self. I believe that mutually establishing reachable, measurable goals, in a trusting therapeutic relationship yields the most positive outcome in treatment. My style is warm, and interactive. I hope to provide you with a safe space to be heard and grow. My specialties include treatment for depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, life transitions, divorce and custody, postpartum, and grief and loss. I combine Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness techniques, with a Family Systems and Developmental, Insight Oriented approach. I work primarily with adults from all diversities, gender and sexual orientations.
