I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 2 decades experience. My specialty areas are supporting clients with anxiety, depression, stress management, relationships, life transitions, and neurodiversity. I employ a variety of evidence-based practices to empower clients, helping them develop coping strategies and enhance their social interactions, with a focus on resilience and emotional well-being. I view clients as having character qualities, past successes, and resilience that provide fertile ground for change. I view my role as clinician as guiding the process towards change while providing hope during the hard times.
