I am Dana Wilkins, a licensed clinical mental health counselor in New Jersey. I have experience working with children, teens and adults who face a range of challenges such as suicidal ideation, impulse control, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I bring a seasoned, creative, and personable approach to my clients that helps foster self awareness, self acceptance, and personal growth. Together we will focus on action plans that help you build and maintain the life you want. I believe the outcome of successful psychotherapy is treating the presenting symptoms that make everyday life a challenge not a gift.
