A sense of purpose, meaningful relationships, and an overall notion of well-being are common wishes, yet often seem out of reach. As a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience, I offer therapy to individuals and couples from multicultural backgrounds and at different stages of life. Themes I encounter include life stressors related to personal and professional challenges, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal dynamics. With couples I focus on improving communication around charged topics, and enhancing emotional and physical intimacy, so they can feel more connected and appreciated, and experience more joy together.
