I have experience working with a variety of presenting problems. While it is hard to admit that it is ok to not be ok, it takes courage to accept help/support in making lasting changes. Many mental health struggles are the result of trying to be strong for too long. I hope to work with motivated clients that want to change and are ready to work hard, dive deep, and have a teachable spirit. I love working with clients who are honest, realistic, want to have a voice, and are ready to make their goals a reality. I will provide encouragement, support, empathy, empowerment, insights, and unconditional acceptance.
