I believe in taking a holistic approach, focusing on every part of your life and the unique person you are and want to become. We’ll tackle challenges together and help you grow into a stronger, more resilient version of yourself. My goal is to help push you slightly further than you thought you were capable of and to help you develop a sense of confidence, bravery, capability, and ability. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is key to success, and that’s something we will work towards together. My mental health experience includes 5+ years with clients in almost all levels of care, and a variety of difficulties in their lives. My clinical interests include resiliency training, anger management, stress management, substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and working with fellow service members and first responders.
