I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma-informed and somatic therapies using a multitude of techniques/modalities. I support individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, helping them reduce symptoms, process past experiences, and build skills for greater emotional regulation and connection. I also specialize in perinatal mental health, offering support before, during, and after pregnancy. I work with teens, young adults, older adults, caregivers, service workers, and individuals involved in the justice system.
