Negative experiences can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed and desperately grasping for answers despite having had positive experiences. Sometimes, we can feel quite stuck or as if everything is out of control. However, there is opportunity for hope and change fueled in part by acceptance, resolve, action and faith. The experiences of our lives do not have to dictate who we are or who we are to become; rather, we can allow them to inform who we choose to be as we move forward in our journeys. My goal is to serve alongside you in the most helpful way possible as you journey towards your destination.
