I am passionate about providing holistic care that centers around your goals and experiences. I partner with you to provide space to explore the challenges you're facing and to help you feel empowered to take charge and navigate life stressors - both the expected and unexpected. I support individuals and families in navigating life changes and unexpected stressors. In fact, I lead a therapeutic support group for patients adjusting to illness at a local hospital. In the hospital setting, I get to see the ins and outs of healthcare and I value working with those undergoing treatment and their caregivers.
