Hello! I'm Dani, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience. I work with folks who may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, difficulties with life transitions, sleep related issues, chronic pain issues, and/or grief. I will meet you where you are at and recognize that you are the expert of your own life. We will work together to equip you with the tools and knowledge that can help you on your growth journey. I am a student of Somatic Experiencing training and utilize polyvagal theory to deepen understanding of how to support your nervous system states.
