I’m currently accepting new Telehealth clients who live in Massachusetts or Vermont. Being alive is complicated. Most people carry a mix of clarity and confusion, confidence and doubt, old stories that still tug at them, and desires that feel hard to name. Therapy is a place where all of that can be explored without having to protect, perform, or make it tidy. My approach is rooted in contemporary psychodynamic thinking, which means I’m interested in what has shaped you, what you’ve learned to hold inside, and the patterns that silently organize your relationships, decisions, and sense of self.
