I’m so tired of the cycle—the shame, the guilt. I said this would be the last time, but here I am again. I feel broken and scared. I just want relief and hope that things can change. I want to stop hurting the people I love and finally feel like myself again. At the same time, I’m worn out from trying to help someone I love. I’ve begged, bargained, hoped—and nothing works. I don’t know how to support them without losing myself. I want peace, boundaries, and to believe there’s hope for both of us. I want to feel whole again. I help adults break free from substance abuse and the shame, trauma, or PTSD that often comes with it. Together, we uncover root causes and build new ways to cope and connect. For loved ones, I use CRAFT—an evidence-based approach to improve communication, set boundaries, and restore hope for healing.
